"WORTH FROM WASTE"

I was the team lead during the "Worth From Waste" mock news conference for Public Relations class. The mock news conference announced a composting program at RRC Polytech in partnership with The Forks.​

We coordinated logistics, rented equipment, created graphics, wrote speeches and media kits, and ensured organization for the journalism students who were covering the conference. We also did media interviews with the journalism students after.​

As the assigned team lead, I collaborated with multiple teams to create, assign, and manage deadlines for classmates, including resolving conflicts and coordinating meetings.
